Needle Felting for Beginners Miniature Cactus in Clay Pot
April 30 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm UTC+0$40.00
Needle felting is the art of creating objects by stabbing wool with special barbed needles. The possibilities with this art form are endless; imagination is the only limit.
In this two hour FUN-shop you will learn how to turn unspun wool into a 3D adorable miniature cactus, embellish and finish your creation. You will take home your baby cactus in a mini terracotta clay pot to use as decoration or even a pin cushion in your craft studio! This class is beginner-friendly–no experience necessary! All materials will be provided including felting needles and an assortment of roving wool. You’ll walk away with your own unique finished project (no two will be exactly alike) plus techniques to continue crafting well beyond the classroom. And, as an added bonus, you will finally understand why your favorite wool sweater shrunk in the washing machine! Felting is paired best with friend(s) and a favorite drink of choice!
